Foundations of Cybersecurity
Webinar Series

There is a growing need for cybersecurity awareness to protect organizations from hackers, ransomware, malware, and other information risks.

Building on the successful launch of this pilot program with Economic Development Lethbridge, we are pleased to be accepting our next cohort of participants. This series provides an educational overview of the different topics in cybersecurity.

Learn from the industry's top professionals in this 8-week webinar series that will teach you how to protect your business from cyberattacks and the applications of emerging technologies. This is done through group exercises and Peer-to Peer learning.

This program is designed for people in managerial roles with little to no cybersecurity industry experience.

Cybersecurity Professional 
Fast Track

In collaboration with the employer community, we rapidly train essential skill sets required to secure high-paying entry-level information security jobs.

This unique 240 hour immersive training delivers customized programming which incorporates globally recognized certifications based on employer market demand.

You earn a micro-credential comprised of certificates that include Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco. Gain hands-on experience through lab simulations, peer-to-peer learning, resume building, mock interviews, challenge exams, and practical work placements.

This entry-level comprehensive program is designed for beginners with little to no IT industry experience. Minimum high school equivalency is required.

Artificial intelligence FOR CYBER DEFENCE

Building on foundational knowledge, this curriculum is designed by degreed industry veterans with decades of applied AI cybersecurity experience.

This 360 hour immersive training delivers customized programming incorporating globally recognized certifications based on employer market demand.

You earn a micro-credential comprised of the following certificates which include Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA, ISACA, and Web Application Security. Gain hands-on experience through lab simulations, peer-to-peer learning, resume building, mock interviews, challenge exams, and practical work placements.

This intermediate program is designed for experienced professionals with an IT or technical background.

It has also released the Alberta Jobs Now program, a grant designed to support businesses in the costs of hiring and training Albertans.
